Our office prefers to use IBM xSeries Servers because of the reliability and the brand name could be counted on. We have been loyal users of IBM servers and computer equipments for many years already. So even with the recent upsets in the economy, we still try to purchase them whenever the budget permits.

High School Reunion is one of the highlights of being a 40-something person.  This year, my batch decided that we would not leave the affair without any award or that sort.  Dance contest is out of the question.  We decide we are going to win the Best Uniform.

Need I say more who bagged the Best Uniform Award?  It is indeed a night to remember.

I needed to have my computer repaired fast for I had to finish my thesis for that week. My computer got busted, and according to my brother who was an IT, I needed to buy new parts for my computer. I thought I was going to be dead for my computer’s parts were expensive! Also, if I was going to order the parts, I would have to get them after 3 weeks time! It was all very complicated.

It was late spring that I decided to move on from a very painful relationship. It took me a lot time to convince myself that life will normalize soon. I was provided with all the details I needed to know.  I can trade-in our used IBM servers as well which is so perfectly timed for the new IBM xSeries Servers to arrive. I brought the idea to the school board during monthly meeting and was given the high five by the President himself. 

I was able to save space in the computer and the latest equipment and was even profitable too.

I am a media person and with that come the perception that I know everything - but I don’t. Media was never my first love it was not even my course in college. My degree is a far cry from being a media person. I never thought I would be in this field not even in my dreams. Until, one day it just came knocking at my door and before I even realized it doesn’t intend to leave me at least not for now. I am actually starting to enjoy it though. There is just so much going on around us that the action never stops. I get to meet a lot of people and everyday is a never ending opportunity to learn new things.

Being in this field though I thought it is not bad to know it all so I decided to kind of get a crash course and study it myself. Not only that I am starting to like the job but I want to give some dedication. Searching through I came across this thing called waveguides which sound simple but complicated. Complicated by the fact that it guides waves carrying sound from us making the reports. Sounds exciting right? And from firsthand knowledge we also make use of rectangular waveguide for our equipments. I guess that is enough for now. Yet, there is still so much to learn.

When I was younger, I used to fancy my mom’s personal checks. It was made with flowers on it and her favorite color, lilac. It was so cute. I once asked her if I could have it and use it for my “office secretary game” with my sister. She said: “this is not a toy. When you get older and have work of your own, you can become a real secretary and use one of these.”

True to her words, I did become a personal secretary for the CEO on one of America’s largest organic food company. I hold my boss’ business checks and personal, as well. “Mom! This wouldn’t fit me anymore!”, my son exclaimed. He needs new pajamas and I know where to buy it for him. Not at the mall. Not at some other posh and branded boutique store. I will buy him pj’s from where I used to buy footie pajamas for his baby sister.

This online store is simply the best. They have all that you could ever imagine. Girls pajamas, boys pajamas, adult pajamas, nightie, shirt and shorts, cami and boxer sets, and so much more. You will never get tired browsing at their site since every item in there is so cute.

So on the same day, I told him that we were going shopping for the pajamas. He dressed up and I was giggling. I told him to sit beside me and I clicked the page open.
