Double Blue Ribbon

The Galena inns that I toured last week, in preparation for my parents coming to town, were really nice. My mother had been looking online and searching for Galena lodging and then forwarding all of the places she thinks might work for her and my father. I have never stayed in any of the hotel in my own town, so I was not sure how nice or not nice that they were.

I did not call any of the Galena inns ahead of time, I just showed up after the check out times and before the check in times so that I knew they would not have tons of people at the front desk. I explained to them that my parents were coming to stay for a little while and that my mother had done some checking online for places to stay.

I was impressed with all but one of the Galena lodging places that my mother told me to look into and I even took some pictures with my own camera for her to see. She decided to stay in the one that had the free morning breakfast, since it would help them to save a little bit of money while they were here.

Shopping around for new storm doors, took me to quite a few home improvement stores and lumber yards. I ended up at a store that sold wrought iron doors and fell in love with the many storm doors that they have to offer. In fact, I had such a hard time choosing between them all, that I left the store without making a choice, to clear my head. I took my sister back with me the following day to have her help me.

My sister helped me narrow down the wrought iron doors to just two. I guess that the more that I looked at them, the more that I liked the one that had a small design in it. I talked with the salesman who was at the store to find out how much extra it would cost to have the store also install the storm doors that I was about to buy. He told me that since I was buying two, he would cut the cost of installation in half and guarantee the doors to be delivered and installed by the end of the month. That was a few days ago and they have already called to say that my doors were delivered and they will be here at the end of the week to put them in.

I found the phone number for the paint & sundries store Sanford NC company that I had been told has some great products and prices. I had been trying to find them on the web, and was not having too much luck. So, when I just happened to find them in an old phone book, I was very happy. I called and asked them if they had a website for their paint & sundries store Sanford NC company and they gave me the web address.

When I logged onto their site, which was just the name of their store, but with .net behind it rather than .com, I realized why it was that I could not find it. As I started to look into the site more, I noticed that they had other sites that they advertised for and one of them was for a home remodeling Raleigh NC company that I had used before.

I think that if this company is affiliated with the home remodeling Raleigh NC company that they allow to advertise on their site, then they have to do good work. I am going to call them to come out and give me an estimate on how much it would cost to repaint my entire house, every room, from top to bottom.
