They are just lucky that I have to stay late tonight anyway for a meeting or I would be even more upset about spending this much time with them on the phone.

After the office supplies order finally was completed and paid for, I saw that the website had magically come back up. If I had only waited just about two more hours, I would have done the order and paid in about ten minutes tops like I usually do.
